Hello, and welcome to the official resume site for 
Adam Allard.

My name is Adam Allard. My family and I live on the east side of Anchorage, Alaska. Some of our interests include camping, hiking, and taking the kids for long walks on the costal trail.

For over 15 years, I’ve been designing web sites. I started by learning and coding raw HTML, and have since moved on to creating and maintaining dynamic web sites using CMS and PHP. The web sites that I’ve created vary from basic informational web sites to online stores that are built on Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. All the web sites have the capabilities to send out newsletters to customers, link to the customer’s pages on social networks, integrate Google Calendars, have an online store, and a whole lot more.

Also in the spring of 2011, I began taking Cisco classes at Charter College, and I became fascinated with Cisco IP Routing & Switching. My hard work and dedication enabled me to become the first in my class to receive my CCNA and CCNA Security Certifications, and INFOSEC recognition.

My career goals include working with more of the Voice portion of the Cisco equipment, and I am also determined to start studying for the CCNA Voice certification. My goal is to achieve this certification by Spring 2012, and then to begin studies for the CCNP Voice certification.

Another career goal involves programming applications. I’ve already had minimal experience in programming Windows Form Applications with Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010, and am doing self-studies to expand on that experience. I began teaching myself Java earlier this year so that I can begin programming applications for an Android device.
